SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism) heavy fighting, also known as armored combat or rattan combat, is a form of historical reenactment and combat sport practiced within the Society for Creative Anachronism. It involves participants donning armor and using weapons that are replicas of those used in medieval and Renaissance Europe.
